Our Story

Our story is a family story. Lu, an artist from Buenos Aires met David (German) in San Telmo, fell in love and moved to Berlin. David started getting curious about craft beer and invested in Gorilla Argentina (Lu’s cousins’ company) so they could grow their brewery. He learned every time more and got more and more involved.

In 2021, David brought Gorilla to Berlin and became the CEO. Since he founded it, Gorilla became his passion. Brewers have changed but our passion for good ingredients and innovation has not. Lu and David love sharing their story through the beers and their artwork. Besides, going to festivals and travelling around with our beer is not too bad.
