(1) WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the date on which you or a representative from you, other than the carrier, has taken the goods or (in the case of a contract for more goods that you have ordered in the context of a single order which got delivered separately) the final goods or (in the case of a contract for the delivery of a good consisting of multiple lots or pieces) the last instalment or the last piece in possession.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you have to inform us with an unequivocal statement (eg a letter consigned by mail, by telephone or e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. The revocation must be sent to:

To safeguard the withdrawal period it is sufficient that you send the message about the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

(2) EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL:

If you recant this agreement, we have to repay you all payments that we received from you, including the costs of shipping (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you chose a type of delivery other than cheapest standard offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which the notification about your cancellation of this contract with us has been received. For this redemption, we use the same method of payment that you‘ve used in the original transaction, unless we expressly agreed something else with you; in no case you will be charged fees because of this repayment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods back, or until you have proven that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You pay for the return.

You have to hand over or return the goods promptly to us (Gorilla Craft Beer GmbH, Grünberger Str. 58. 10245 Berlin, Germany) and in no event later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which you teach us about the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met when you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen (14) days.

You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to an unnecessary way how you treated the goods to examine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

(3) EXEMPTIONS FROM YOUR WITHDRAWAL:

A statutory right of withdrawal does not belong to the case of contracts for the supply of goods which are not suitable to return for reasons of health or hygiene reasons and for goods which were unsealed after delivery.
